Enjoyed my stay. The room was huge with dust bathroom, balcony and superb view, I felt comfortable there. The location of the hotel was marvellous - just a short walk away from Exmouth Library. Their food was fine with plenty of meals.

Enjoyed our fairly quiet room with shower and the elegant-style building. The breakfast was reasonably good with a wide array of food and warm drinks.

Location - particularly good, very close to the pubs, the beach on the doorstep and Exmouth seafront at Orcombe Point. Plus, minutes from Holy Trinity Church. Great-sized and huge rooms, excellent staff in all areas.

Lovely location, as always it seems with these big chains room was very tired & badly in need of some TLC, parking & £6 a night is a bit rich too!
Friendly reception staff, who were very helpful.
As stated room although having a lovely view, suffers from neglect, peeling paint, water stains where damp has leaked through the flat roof, dirty unswept balcony & smelly bathroom. It wouldn't take a lot to put things right so I can't understand why they don't do it! System in the dining room needs organisation, staff seemed to lack basic training. It's a shame as this could be a lovely hotel with some attention to detail.

The location is the large added value to this hotel. Furthermore, it also has a beautiful garden that you can enjoy on a spacious terrace.

Great Holiday stay with beautiful outlook and could take my 2 dogs with me, they loved it.
Dog friendly, cross the road and straight on to the dog friendly all year beach.
No bins for doggy poo bags, rooms could do with a bit of decoration.

Good Location, Friendly Vibes
We spent a week here, and the location was fab! The bar was a chill spot, especially with family around. Tom, the bartender, was awesome and really made our evenings fun. The food was great too, with lots of choices! Just wish the rooms had a bit more TLC, but it was still a nice stay overall.

The location is superb, really loved the spacious car park even tho there's a small fee. The food was really well cooked too, and the staff in the dining room were excellent, super friendly and helpful. It was a great spot right on the seaside promenade. Our sea view room was nice n comfy, just what we needed for a short getaway.
The bathroom could use some updating and the windows were a bit misty which didn't look great. We felt the wifi was a bit slow, could've been better.
